What we can remove
- The account record created when you signed in with Google or Facebook — your name, email address, profile picture, and the identifier your provider assigned you.
- The comments you have posted, published or not.
Signing in with Google or Facebook does not give us anything held on their side, so deleting your BigBoy data has no effect on those accounts. To stop sharing your details with this site going forward, remove BigBoy from your provider's app settings — on Facebook that is Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
How to ask
Email help@bigboy.build with the subject Data deletion.
Send it from the email address you signed in with, or tell us which address you used — that is how we match the request to the right account. You do not have to give a reason.
What happens next
We confirm receipt, remove the account record and comments, and write back when it is done. We aim to complete this within 30 days of your request.
Two limits worth stating plainly. Where a comment is part of correspondence about work we quoted or performed, we may keep it as an ordinary business record — we will tell you if that applies to you. And deletion does not reach copies already made by others, such as search engine caches or screenshots taken while a comment was public.
