BigBoy Builders LLC ("BigBoy," "we," "us") operates this website to describe our services and let homeowners start a project conversation. This policy explains what information the site handles and how we treat it.
1. Information You Provide
When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number if provided, project location, project description, and any photographs you attach. The website does not require an account and never asks for payment information.
2. Information Collected Automatically
Like nearly every website, our hosting and content-delivery providers generate routine technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to operate and secure the service. We use this information only in aggregate to keep the site working; we do not use it to identify visitors.
3. How We Use Your Information
Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate and schedule the work you describe, prepare estimates, and keep ordinary records of our correspondence and projects. That's the whole list.
4. What We Don't Do
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We do not send marketing email lists — when we email you, it's about your project.
5. Service Providers
A small number of providers process information on our behalf solely to deliver their service to us — for example, the email provider that delivers form submissions and the hosting and image-delivery services that run the site. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
6. Project Photographs
We photograph our work as part of doing it. Photos of your property from your project are treated as project records; we will not use them in our public gallery or marketing without asking you first.
7. Retention
Correspondence and project records are retained as ordinary business records — long enough to honor our work, handle warranty questions, and meet tax and legal obligations.
8. Your Choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold from your inquiries and request that we correct or delete it, subject to records we're required to keep. Write to privacy@bigboy.build and we'll handle it directly.
9. Children
This site is directed to homeowners and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
